Terms of Service
The rights and obligations that apply when using the Apex platform.

1. Scope of Service
Apex provides edge infrastructure that runs your code at global edge locations. These terms govern use of the platform and are deemed accepted when you create an account.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account information and API tokens confidential. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
3. Acceptable Use
- The platform may not be used to host or distribute unlawful content
- Activities that disrupt other users' service are prohibited
- Unauthorized testing or exploitation of security vulnerabilities is prohibited
4. Billing
Usage on paid plans is billed at the end of the billing period. We notify you before an overage; no automatic extra charge is applied.
5. Service Level
A separate service level agreement applies to Enterprise plans. Other plans are provided on a best-effort basis, and system status is shared transparently on status.html.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time. If these terms are violated, Apex reserves the right to suspend the account with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Apex is not liable for indirect damages. The service is provided "as is."
8. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through your registered email address.
