1. Data We Collect
When you create an account, Apex collects your name, email address, and billing information. Deployment records, logs, and usage metrics generated while using the platform are also associated with your account.
2. How We Use Data
Collected data is used to provide the service, process billing, provide technical support, and improve platform reliability. We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.
3. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for as long as required by legal obligations. After an account closure request, data is permanently deleted within a reasonable period.
4. Data Sharing
- Limited, contractual sharing with subprocessors we use to provide the service (hosting, payments, email)
- Sharing with authorized authorities when legally required
- Sharing with integration providers when you give explicit consent
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, request portability of, and request deletion of your data. Send requests toprivacy@apex.dev.
6. Cookies
We use cookies required for core functions such as session management and theme preferences; we do not use third-party tracking cookies for marketing.
